How do we vote?

Voting for all the officers will be by delegation, not a popular vote. In an effort to make voting at training sessions more equitable, a form of elections will be used. Voting will be done using the following formula; there will be only one set of votes per school, regardless of the number of registered clubs from that school.

A school with 1-3 participants at the training session .............................................. 1vote

A school with 4-7 participants at the training session .............................................. 2 votes

A school with 8-15 participants at the training session ............................................ 3 votes

A school with 16-25 or more at the training session ................................................. 4 votes

A school with 26 or more at the training sessio ......................................................... 5 votes
