Caucus Sessions

Session A----Thursday October 18th

Session B---Wednesday October 24th

Session C---Monday October 29th

Overview

The Caucus Sessions are held to prepare the participants for the

          Augusta Weekend. 

At each of the 3 sessions we will:

• Elect 1/3 of the Officers that will serve during the Augusta Sessions
• Prepare delegates for the Augusta Weekend Session

Delegations may decide to have everyone attend 1 caucus, or individual members may attend any of the 3 sessions.

• A participant may attend all 3 sessions
• Each participant in attendence will be allowed to vote
• Participants will be able to run for only 2 offices total (Candidate for Governor does not count as 1)

Delegations must contact the Youth in Government Office to get details to be able to log into the online Caucus Session.

• Delegations are asked to reserve the use of Tanborg equipment if your school has one
• It is possible to log in via a lap top computer,

                a)If using a lap top you need to down MOVI player.

                b)Make sure you are not using wireless connection, use a WIRED connection

                c)Turn off Screen Saver, and Power Savers

• Contact the YMCA Office to arrange connections, so we will know who to connect with for each session
